Shipping & Payment
Because we make all our products ourselves and do not handle stock, we are bound to delivery times.
Our delivery times vary per product. This has to do with the ordered number, drying time of the ink and the applied finish.
The advantage of this is that you always receive stickers “fresh from the press”.
All our orders are processed and sent in order of arrival. The maximum shipping time is 8 working days after receiving your payment. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation of your order with the status of it. If you opt for bank transfer, you will receive the payment confirmation as soon as your transfer is received at our payment provider Sisow.
Orders with the payment method Afterpay you pay afterwards to this payment provider.
If you want to receive an urgent order, you can choose this option, your order will then be sent the next working day
We will deliver your order within 4 working days after payment for shipment at Sendcloud. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we send the order. You can expect the order within a few days.
Sendcloud usually delivers the next day. However, it may be that more time is spent on this. Orders to Belgium, England, Germany take 4-8 days on average (according to experience). This can vary. If you have not received your order after the period indicated above, please contact us via email@example.com
We charge shipping costs for shipping our products. The level of these costs is 6.75 euros for the Netherlands and for all other countries these costs can vary from 7.5 euros to 30 euros.
My order has been sent but I still have not received anything .. what now?
Usually the orders are delivered within 24 hours. If you do not receive your order within one or two days, first check your address details on the confirmation email you receive from us. If this is correct, wait a few days first. If you have not received anything after five days, please contact us.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. AfterPay carries out the complete post-payment process for Stickermaster. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via e-mail to pay the purchased product (s). When paying with a digital invoice you can pay up to € 100 if you pay via AfterPay for the first time. If you are already familiar with AfterPay you can pay up to an amount of € 100.
